Meet Your Doctor

Dr. A. Jai Prakash is an accomplished dentist with over 25 years of experience. He graduated from dental school in Bombay, India and obtained his MSD degree in comprehensive dentistry from the University of Florida in Gainesville. Dr. Prakash is a member of several professional associations, including the American Dental Association, Dental Society of Greater Orlando, Academy of General Dentistry, Florida Dental Association, and Central Florida District Dental Association.

Our Team

We are proud of our team's experience and training. Vicki Crosley, our office manager, has been with us since 2004 and handles all insurance and financial questions. Macy Finocchiaro, a graduate of Daytona State's dental assisting program, has been with us since 2017. Ann LaPree, a dental assistant with 20 years of experience, joined our team in 2016. Together, we strive to provide exceptional care and a welcoming atmosphere for our patients.

Office Information

Our office is located at 214 N. Spring Garden Ave, DeLand, FL 32720. We are open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday by appointment only, and closed on Saturday and Sunday. If you have any questions or need to schedule an appointment, please feel free to contact us.
