However, she was frustrated that the office failed to follow up on scheduled calls and requests for dental records, leading her to believe that they prioritized cash payments over processing insurance.
Excellent Experience
On the other hand, Becky Johnson gave 5-star review to Dr. Linn and his staff. She praised the office's friendly and caring atmosphere, stating that Dr. Linn takes a personal interest in his patients and converses with them to make them feel comfortable. Her son receives treatment at the Lick Haven office but was seen at the Williamsport location to adjust his wire, and Johnson was extremely happy with her choice to choose Linn Orthodontics.
