Our dental services encompass emergency services, exams, patient education, dental radiographs, cleanings, limited periodontal treatment, operative dentistry, and more. Additionally, we provide behavioral health services, including 1-on-1 counseling, couples and family therapy, drug use support, recovery support, and substance-use disorder counseling management. Our pharmacy and drug discount program offer affordable medication options, and our pregnancy and women's health program provides birth control, breast cancer screenings, cervical cancer screenings, and more.

Practice and Staff
The reviewers had mixed experiences with the practice and staff. Some reviewers had positive encounters with friendly and helpful staff members, such as ReJane who praised her dentist for being "extremely helpful and entertaining." Ryanne Woodruff also appreciated the kind and compassionate nature of the staff. However, other reviewers had negative experiences, including feeling rushed or disrespected, such as Jayn Salvador Andon Reuney who mentioned that her dentist was rude.
Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments and scheduling were a major source of frustration for many reviewers. Kandi Dayberry was upset that her appointments were canceled without her knowledge or consent, and Rosee Gonzales had difficulty getting same-day appointments after missing her scheduled appointment. Lily Mendez had her appointment changed multiple times due to the doctor's unavailability, while Nellie Cramer had trouble getting her infected tooth treated despite repeated attempts.
Treatment and Quality of Care
Some reviewers were disappointed with the treatment they received. Lily Mendez felt that she was treated like a "young and stupid" patient, and Joe Jaxson was unhappy with the quality of care, feeling like they didn't receive the same level of care as those with higher incomes.
Outcome
As a result of these experiences, some reviewers decided to take their business elsewhere. Kandi Dayberry moved to Aspen Dental, citing hassle-free online scheduling and evening appointments. Nellie Cramer mentioned that she would not be returning to the practice.
