Appointments and Communication Issues
Author Semper Paratus gives Priebe's Orthodontist a low rating of 1 star due to several issues with appointments and communication. They made an appointment for their daughter 2 months in advance, but when they called to confirm, they were told that there was no record of the appointment and that it must have been with a different orthodontist. Confusion ensued, and after several attempts to book a new appointment, they were informed that the doctor was no longer accepting patients with Medicaid and that they would have to travel over 200 miles to Anchorage for treatment.
Lack of Apologies and Poor Customer Service
Semper Paratus is critical of the office's customer service, stating that the receptionist was unpleasant and unapologetic about the mistakes and issues that arose. They express disappointment that there was no attempt to rectify the situation or offer any kind of accommodation for the inconvenience caused.
