  • Mondays and Fridays, 8 AM-6 PM
  • Select Saturdays, 8 AM-2 PM

Waiting Time and Scheduling Issues

Some reviewers experienced issues with waiting time and scheduling. Nic mentioned that they had to wait from January to April for an appointment, and then were told to reschedule for August. Robin C. also experienced an issue with scheduling, where they were given a different quote for a procedure than what they were initially told.

Staff and Customer Service

Many reviewers praised the staff and customer service at the dental office. Dr. Lu was specifically mentioned as being gentle, soft-spoken, and good at explaining procedures.

Procedures and Treatments

Some reviewers had positive experiences with procedures and treatments. Panda Physique had an emergency extraction and was impressed with the quick service and professionalism of Dr. Shane Lu. Taslimah Gray and Ashleigh Barfield both mentioned that they had a good experience with their dental work.

Negative Experiences

However, some reviewers had negative experiences. Madison Ferguson had a bad experience with a root canal and extraction, and had to go to the ER due to complications. Nakita W. experienced pain and discomfort during a filling procedure, and was unhappy with the dentist's communication style. Robin C. was also unhappy with the billing process and felt that the office staff was dishonest. Stephanie Pfeiffer mentioned that the extraction she had done at the office was very painful.
