With over 30 years of service to the Portland area, our team is dedicated to providing personalized, gentle care that meets the unique needs of each patient.
Doctors and Team
Our team of highly-skilled doctors is dedicated to providing you with excellent, personalized dental care. Our doctors are active educators and leaders in the dental community, working with organizations such as the Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU), Oregon Dental Association (ODA), and the American Dental Association (ADA) to advocate for ethical values and high-quality care in dentistry.
At the helm of our practice is Dr. Kenneth L. Chung, DDS, MPH, who has practiced clinical dentistry since 1986 and founded ComfortCare Dental in 1995. Dr. Chung is known for his warm and compassionate manner and his meticulous attention to detail. In his 30 years of clinical dental practice, he has devoted himself to caring for the long-term health of thousands of patients of all ages.
We are also proud to have Dr. Fred A. Bremner, DMD, Periodontics, who has spent the past 45 years in the specialty practice of Periodontics. Dr. Bremner is a respected leader in the dental community, having served as a Member of the Board of Directors of the North Clackamas Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Board from 2002-2003.
Our third doctor, Dr. Bermen Wong, DDS, brings a fresh perspective to our practice. After graduating from the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, Dr. Wong made his home in the Portland area and has since adopted a cat named Al. He seeks to serve the community with compassion, as comfortably as possible, and by doing what is right for everyone he sees.

We have two convenient locations in Milwaukie and Oregon City, as well as our mobile dental clinic that provides dental care to elderly patients in our community at their care facilities.
