Meet Dr. J
Dr. Jonathan Mitchell, fondly known as "Dr. J, " is a board-certified pediatric dentist with over 16 years of experience in the field. He leads a locally owned and operated practice, having established Rock Hill Pediatric Dentistry in January 2014. Dr. J received his undergraduate degrees in History and Biology at the College of Charleston and completed dental school at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He also holds a Ph. D. in craniofacial development. Dr. J is board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is a member of the American Dental Association and South Carolina Dental Association.
Dr. J and his wife, Kalah, a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, have six children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, watching his kids play youth sports, and spending time outdoors camping and hiking.
