Service Issues
However, one review from R. is negative, with a rating of 1 star. R. had a poor experience with the support staff, including the office manager and hygienist. They reported feeling mistreated and unprofessional behavior by the staff. The office manager was unresponsive to their concerns and did not follow CDC guidelines for infection prevention and control. The hygienist was also unprofessional and did not follow proper protocols. Despite this, R. still appreciated Dr. Kim's work and personalized attention during their initial consultation and subsequent procedures.
