Communication Issues
Multiple reviewers have expressed disappointment with the communication at this pediatric dentist office. Jordan Borynack reported not being informed properly about their child's plan for care, while T. Wright was left in the dark about rescheduling an appointment and was told that the doctor was unavailable due to COVID-19. Martha Mugenyi also encountered issues with communication, including being told that someone would call her back with further information but was instead advised to visit the emergency department.
Lack of Professionalism
Several reviewers have criticized the office for lacking professionalism. Jordan Borynack described the staff as "completely unprofessional" and accused them of being careless. T. Wright was unhappy with the way they handled a rescheduling issue and called the office's communication "unprofessional". Martha Mugenyi was disappointed with the way her daughter's aftercare instructions were handled and felt that the staff was unhelpful.
Quality of Care
Jordan Borynack's child had a traumatic experience at the office, and T. Wright was frustrated with the office's handling of his son's procedure. Martha Mugenyi's daughter had a fever and pain after a procedure and was told to visit the emergency department, which she did.
Staffing Issues
T. Wright and Martha Mugenyi both mentioned changes to the staff at the office, which they felt affected the quality of care. Martha Mugenyi's positive experience at the office was ruined when they switched to a new staff.
General Concerns
