On the other hand, one patient had a disappointing experience. Guillermo Torres was unhappy with the office's recommendation for a deep cleaning, which required two appointments and resulted in a hefty bill. He felt that the office was rude and lacked compassion when he had to cancel his second appointment due to severe sinus allergies. He was also upset about being charged a $50 rescheduling fee. As a result, he decided to take his business elsewhere.
