General Experience
The overall experience at this dental office has been overwhelmingly negative. Patients have reported long wait times, unprofessional staff, and subpar dental work.
Staff and Professionalism
Staff have been described as lazy, unorganized, and unprofessional. They have been seen walking around with gloves on, touching their hair and other surfaces, and then proceeding to touch sterile instruments without changing their gloves. The dentists have also been accused of being untrustworthy and pushing for unnecessary procedures.
Wait Times and Scheduling
Wait times have been a major issue, with patients waiting for over an hour for their appointments. The office has been known to overbook appointments, leading to long wait times and frustrated patients.
Dental Work
