Communication Issues
Some patients experienced communication problems during their appointments. Silverfox Barry reported that they were not informed of a past balance when they made the appointment, which led to the appointment being cancelled. Heather Feeley mentioned that the staff is great, but there was no mention of any specific communication issues.
Dental Care
Most patients had positive experiences with the dental care they received. Holly Rapkin praised Dr. Gupta's skill and that her procedure was painless. Sarah Broadstone complimented the dentist's "magic hands" and the fact that she hardly felt any pain during procedures. Kathleen Martin raved about Michael in orthodontics, saying he was professional, kind, and funny. Jackie Slowe appreciated the hygienist's kindness and professionalism. Laurie Sordillo was impressed with the thoroughness and efficiency of the dental care team.
Oral Surgeon
However, not all experiences with the oral surgeon were positive. Jocelyn Martin's daughter had a traumatic experience with extractions, citing the oral surgeon as not explaining the procedure and not allowing her to stay with her daughter. Jocelyn Martin was also unhappy with the lack of post-procedure documentation and the fact that the oral surgeon bills differently than Allure.
Overall Experience
Despite some communication issues and a negative experience with the oral surgeon, most patients had positive experiences with Allure Dentistry. Patients praised the friendly and helpful staff, the dentist's skill, and the thoroughness of the dental care.
