Communication Issues
Porsche' Green and Fiona S. both experienced communication issues with Dr. Kumar and his staff. Porsche' Green's appointment was delayed, and they never received a follow-up call from the office. Fiona S. had to wait seven days for an appointment to re-cement her veneers and was given incorrect information about the availability of a downtown location.
Professionalism
Porsche' Green and Fiona S. also had issues with the professionalism of Dr. Kumar and his staff. Porsche' Green felt that the staff was not welcoming and questioned their motives. Fiona S. was upset by the way the practice manager handled her situation and felt that they were not taking her concerns seriously.
