Excellent Service and Care
The majority of the reviews are extremely positive, praising Dr. Ghorbani and his team for their excellent service, care, and professionalism. Patients have commented on the friendly and welcoming atmosphere at Oak Hall Dental, as well as Dr. Ghorbani's exceptional skills and pleasant demeanor. Several reviewers have noted the thoroughness of his explanations and the reasonable treatment options he provides.
Disappointing Experiences
However, there are two negative reviews that highlight some disappointing experiences. The first reviewer, Debbie Richardson, was unhappy with the practice's policy of not scheduling appointments six months in advance, which led to her son being unable to get an appointment during his winter break. She felt that the practice was unresponsive and even "discharged" her as a patient after her negative review.
The second reviewer, Samar Toroni, had a frustrating experience with the practice's customer service. She had been waiting for a crown since October and was unable to get an appointment until April, despite being told that the practice only scheduled appointments two months in advance. She was also dissatisfied with the communication from the front desk staff, who she felt were unhelpful and unresponsive.
