Negative: The doctor's staff showed a lack of compassion and understanding for patients with disabilities, and the doctor did not care about the challenges they face.

Unprofessional Treatment and Lack of Compassion

Bill Merrell, a patient who is in a wheelchair, shared his disappointing experience with Dr. Robinson and his staff. Although the doctor was professional in his treatment, the staff's attitude and treatment of Merrell left a lot to be desired. Merrell waited a week to see Dr. Robinson due to his disability and pain, but when he arrived 15 minutes late due to construction on the road, he was told by the receptionist that he was late and couldn't be seen. Merrell pleaded with the receptionist, but she refused to make an exception.

When Merrell spoke to Dr. Robinson, he was shocked by the doctor's response. The doctor didn't care that Merrell was disabled and late, and told him that he would be turned away if he was late again. Merrell felt that Dr. Robinson showed a lack of compassion and understanding, and that his staff's attitude was uncaring.

Disappointment and Disappointment

Merrell had previously thought highly of Dr. Robinson, but this experience left him feeling disappointed and disenchanted. He felt that the doctor's staff was unprofessional and inconsiderate, and that Dr. Robinson allowed his staff to make decisions without showing any empathy or understanding for patients with disabilities.
