Unsatisfactory Treatment
One patient, however, had a negative experience. Tammy Nelson, who initially had a positive experience with the doctor and staff, was shocked to receive a letter terminating her and her family's membership at the office. Her final appointment was met with an unfriendly receptionist who did not inquire about the reason for termination, simply stating that the family was no longer welcome.
