We understand that dental insurance may not always cover the dental care you need. That's why we offer our in-house discount plan, the Prosperity Dental In-House Wellness Plan. This plan provides:
- 2 cleanings, 2 exams, and 1 set of x-rays
- 20% off most services
- One-time payment of $395 for a year
This plan is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Some exclusions may apply, so please consult with our friendly team for more information.
