Staff and Service
The staff, including Michael, are consistently described as nice and friendly. There is usually no wait, indicating a smooth and efficient service.
Communication and Hours
However, the office's communication and hours have been a source of frustration for some customers. The website and Google list the hours as 9-5, but the office seems to be closed earlier, with calls going to an offline/closed recording around 4:30 pm. The voicemail system also hangs up on callers, making it difficult to leave a message.
Payment Options
Another issue is the lack of online payment options, forcing customers to call and leave a message, only to wait for a callback the next day to make a payment.
Community Involvement
On a more positive note, the office has been involved in community outreach, donating toothbrushes and dental bags to Hundred, WV, which has been greatly appreciated.
