Born and raised in Arcadia, California, Dr. Charng graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science degree in neuroscience, and later earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Charng is a proud member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and San Gabriel Valley Dental Society.
