They praise the dentists, Dr. Pratt and Dr. Marjan, for their gentle and kind nature, thoroughness, and professionalism. Negative Experience
However, there are a few reviews that highlight negative experiences. One reviewer, Lauren, had a particularly disturbing experience. She was told she needed fillings, which she later discovered were unnecessary. The procedure took too long, and she was charged thousands of dollars. When she sought a second opinion, she was told that the fillings were poorly done and the x-rays were not sent to the new dentist.
