Patient Experiences
The reviews for Create A Smile dental office are varied, with some patients expressing extreme satisfaction and others having negative experiences. Apprehensive Patients Welcome: Deb B. had a cracked tooth and a filling that had fallen out, but Dr. Moore and his team provided excellent care, and she was out of the office within an hour and a half with a crown. Trish S. also had a great experience, praising the office's COVID-19 precautions and receiving a reminder text on her appointment day.
Disappointing Experiences
However, not all patients had positive experiences. Alexandru M. was rejected for insurance despite being listed as an acceptable provider, and felt lied to by the office staff. Roni M. loved Dr. Moore and his assistants but had a poor experience with the office staff, who were rude and condescending.
Overall Satisfaction
Dona T. raved about the office, calling it the best in Bloomington and praising the friendly staff, while Deb B. and Trish S. were also extremely satisfied. However, Alexandru M.'s experience was very disappointing, and Roni M. was unhappy with the office staff.
