Primary Teeth
At Just Kids Pediatric Dental Center, we understand the importance of maintaining the health of primary teeth. Neglected cavities can lead to problems that affect developing permanent teeth. Primary teeth also affect the development of speech and add to an attractive appearance. While the front 4 teeth last until 6-7 years of age, the back teeth (cuspids and molars) aren't replaced until age 10-13. That's why we provide preventive treatment, including infant lap exams, cleanings, x-rays, exams, sealants, and fluoride therapy. We also offer restorative treatment, including fillings, crowns, pulp therapy, extractions, and limited orthodontics.

Our team includes Dr. Roalofs, who founded the practice in 2002, and Dr. Ostby, who became the new owner in 2016 and plans to continue Dr. Roalofs' legacy. Our team also includes Dr. Wilson, who was born in Liverpool, Australia, and received her dental degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. Dr. Laura Cantrell, who was born and raised in Wilkes County, North Carolina, and received her dental degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's School of Dentistry.
