Our Staff

Our team of dedicated professionals is led by Dr. Jo Ann Crim, who has been caring for dental patients for many years. Dr. Crim is committed to achieving beautiful, healthy, and long-lasting smiles using the latest in dental technology and conservative procedures. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the Academy of General Dentists, American Dental Association, Alabama Dental Association, 8th District Dental Society, and the Huntsville-Madison County Dental Society.

Dr. Allison Pratt, who grew up in Dothan, Alabama, and attended Birmingham-Southern College and the University of Alabama-Birmingham School of Dentistry, also joins our team. Following dental school, she completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program through the East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Pratt is passionate about providing compassionate care and is excited to join the Mountain View Family Dentistry team.
