Exceptional Dental Care
The review starts by describing a patient who had a very traumatic experience with dentists in the past. However, after a referral from an employee, she visited Dr. Fischer at Avenue of Smiles, and her experience was entirely different. The patient praises the friendly and calming atmosphere of the office, the state-of-the-art equipment, and Dr. Fischer's gentle and expert handling of her teeth.
The patient shares her experience with getting composite veneers on her front teeth, which she was initially nervous about due to her past experiences. However, Dr. Fischer put her at ease, explaining everything he was doing and giving her numbing shots without any pain. The patient was thrilled with the outcome, saying that her new smile is natural-looking and feels like real teeth.
Mixed Reviews
Another reviewer, Nitesh Vijay, gave Avenue of Smiles 2 stars. He had visited the clinic several times for X-rays and cleaning but was unhappy with his last visit. He was told to pay for a prevention cleaning, which is usually covered by insurance, and felt that the clinic was unprofessional in their communication. Although the issue was eventually resolved, the patient was left with a negative impression.
Luv Life, on the other hand, gave the clinic 5 stars. They have been a patient for a while and appreciate the friendly staff, knowledgeable dentist, and comfortable waiting area.
Anna Iurchenko also gave the clinic 5 stars, praising Dr. Fisher and Nancy for making her feel like a princess. She appreciated the painless and comfortable experience and felt updated throughout the process.
Souzan V. gave the clinic 2 stars, however, and had a negative experience. She arrived early but had to wait for 30 minutes past her appointment. She was also unhappy with the atmosphere of the office, citing a rude receptionist and a patient with a cold who was not wearing a mask.
