Disappointing Experience
Jamie Frye, who gave the office a 1-star review, had a traumatizing experience. According to her review, she had previously been told that the dentist could save all of her teeth, but upon her second visit, the dentist told her that he had changed his mind and that there was nothing he could do for her. She accused the dentist of being discriminatory and treating her poorly due to her financial situation. She also felt that the office staff was polite and helpful only when she had good insurance, but not when she was on Medicaid and Medicare.
