After opening her practice in 2002, Dr. Leslie Dickinson has emerged as one of the leading family and cosmetic dentists in the Little Rock area. Dr. Dickinson enjoys practicing dentistry because it allows her to combine her skills and passion for art and science to help patients achieve beautiful smiles and maintain superior oral health.

- Stephanie Washburn, Office Manager: Stephanie has been in the dental field since 1992, first as a clinical assistant and later moving into office management. She loves helping our patients understand their insurance plans to ensure that they can complete needed treatment and have healthy, beautiful smiles for a lifetime.
- Rebekah Lynch, Hygienist: Rebekah graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2015 with her bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene. She has practiced in the Little Rock area for the past 4 years and joined the Dickinson Dental team in the fall of 2018.
- Lorissa Slatter, Registered Dental Assistant: Lorissa has over 20 years of dental assisting experience. She loves interacting with patients and seeing their smiles.
