Patient Satisfaction and Experience
Most patients at South Corona Dentistry have reported exceptional customer service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The dentists, led by Dr. Makati and Dr. Patel, are highly praised for their knowledge, kindness, and professionalism. The staff is also commended for being friendly, approachable, and compassionate.
Negative Experience
However, one patient, Maria Rivera, had a disappointing experience. She booked an appointment and was initially told to schedule a follow-up visit the next day. When she arrived, she was informed that the office was closed on Saturdays and was asked to come back the following week. The dentist then recommended two molars to be taken out and a bone graph, which Maria did not have the financial means for. The dentist insisted on performing the procedures, and when Maria refused, the staff told her they couldn't treat her anymore. Maria was unhappy with the way the situation was handled and felt that the dentist was more concerned with getting paid than with her needs.
