Dr. Johnson attended Brigham Young University and the University of Florida College of Dentistry, after which he underwent additional training in pediatric dentistry. Dr. Schow attended Utah State University and Creighton University School of Dentistry, and completed a pediatric dental residency in Anchorage, Alaska.
