Staff and Service
The staff at Joy Orthodontics are polite, flexible, and equipped to resolve inquiries during treatment, making patients feel comfortable and happy with their results. The office is quick and efficient, and the staff is friendly, making it easy on kids.
Scheduling and Communication

One patient's child was scheduled to have their braces removed the day after graduation, despite requests to reschedule, and the office was unable to fit them in earlier. Another patient had a poor experience with the front desk, feeling belittled and unheard.

There have been issues with overcharging and refunds, with one patient experiencing a delay in receiving a refund of over $200. The front desk staff was unhelpful and unprofessional in resolving the issue.
