Excellent Patient Experience
The patients rave about the excellent management, great communications, and painless and quick teeth cleaning services provided by Dr. Godet and her staff. Many patients have been going to the office for years and are extremely happy with all services provided. Patients appreciate the professional and friendly staff, who are willing to take the time to answer questions and make them feel comfortable and relaxed during appointments.
Mixed Experience
However, there is one patient who had a negative experience. Neal Ian received a call from the office indicating that his appointment had been canceled because he failed to confirm through a text message sent days before the appointment. He felt that the customer service was deplorable and that the office did not respect their patients' time.
