Poor Experience with Hygienist Jennifer
Several reviewers, including Zohreh Ovaisi, had a terrible experience with Jennifer, the hygienist. Zohreh was late for her appointment and was met with disrespect and rudeness by Jennifer, who cancelled the appointment in an unacceptable manner. This poor treatment led to a dreadful experience and a negative recommendation from Zohreh.

On the other hand, most reviewers had a fantastic experience with Dr. Sean Karimian and his team. Many reviewers praised the dentist's expertise, gentle approach, and excellent communication skills.
