Positive Experience with Dr. Mosley and Staff
Several reviewers praised Dr. Mosley and her staff for their exceptional care, compassion, and professionalism. They were commended for taking the time to answer questions, preparing patients for procedures, and providing reassurance throughout the process. The staff's nurturing nature and ability to make children feel comfortable were particularly highlighted.
Communication and Scheduling Issues
On the other hand, some reviewers experienced communication breakdowns and scheduling issues. One reviewer had to wait for an emergency appointment, while another was left waiting for over an hour for a consultation that resulted in a delayed procedure. The office's handling of emergency situations and scheduling were criticized.
Wait Times and Prioritization
Some reviewers noted that wait times can be lengthy, but many saw this as a trade-off for the personalized care and attention provided by Dr. Mosley and her staff. They prioritized the quality of care over wait times, recognizing that rushed appointments can have negative consequences for children.
