Treatment Issues
Johnnie B. had a poor experience at Seminole Heights Family Dentistry, leaving him with a negative impression. He had a 6k policy, but after receiving treatment, he experienced tingling in his teeth underneath the crowns and had to pay over $1100 out of pocket. He felt that the dentist, Dr. Files, removed too much of his teeth and that the office's billing practices were unfair. He does not recommend the practice and felt that he was "ripped off" due to his race.
