Meet the Doctor
Dr. Jenny Chung grew up in Brooklyn and has been a New Yorker for most of her life. She earned her undergraduate degree from Hunter College, graduating Magna Cum Laude, before attending Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, where she earned her D.D.S. degree. Dr. Chung completed her postdoctoral specialty residency at Columbia University, earning her M.S. in Orthodontics.
During her years at Columbia, Dr. Chung received several awards for her research and dedication to patient care. She is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, a distinction earned by less than a third of practicing orthodontists. This status is achieved only after successful completion of a clinical examination, following attainment of a board eligible status. Dr. Chung is also a published author in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, the official publication of the American Association of Orthodontists.
