Our Dental Team
Our team is made up of three experienced professionals, led by Dr. James Ward. We each share the belief that our care should be comprehensive and courteous, responding fully to your individual needs and preferences. Amy, our office manager, supports a warm and friendly office environment. She greets every patient and makes every attempt to make appointments that will accommodate your personal schedule. Amy is also at your service to explain and facilitate insurance submissions and financial arrangements. Heidi, our chairside dental assistant, will help make your dental treatment comfortable and rewarding. Heidi can answer most of your treatment questions and has been with the practice since 1998. Kerry, our full-time Registered Dental Hygienist, joined our team in 2015 and has been a very welcome addition to our staff. Kerry performs treatment with a thorough yet gentle touch.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional dental insurance and participate with a number of Preferred Provider Organizations, including MetLife, Aetna/US Healthcare, Cigna and Delta Dental. Please contact our office to verify participation with your plan. We're happy to file your insurance claims for you, regardless of our participation. We accept cash, personal checks, or credit cards (VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express). Our office is a fully approved and accredited user of the VISA and MasterCard Health Care Program, which enables you to use your VISA or MasterCard to automatically cover amounts not paid by your insurance. You may also choose a comfortable amount to be automatically billed to your VISA or MasterCard on a monthly basis.
