Our experienced team of dental professionals is dedicated to providing you with the best possible dental care.

*Dr. Shonna Jorgensen* is a graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry and is committed to making patient comfort a priority. She takes the time to educate her patients to ensure their understanding of dental health. Dr. Jorgensen is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Wisconsin Dental Association (WDA), and Jefferson County Dental Society (JCDS).

*Dr. Jonathon Melk* is also a graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry. He provides a diverse array of services and procedures, including dental implants and Invisalign, in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Dr. Melk is a member of the ADA, WDA, JCDS, and the American Dental Implant Association (ADIA).

*Sam*, our office administrator, has extensive experience in medical records and medical imaging, and specializes in processing insurance claims and patient financing. She has been with our dental office for over 8 years and is dedicated to ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.

*Nicole Koontz* is a registered dental hygienist with a lifelong passion for dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Hygienist Association (ADHA) and WDA, and creates a positive environment for patients.

*Nichole Jaquith* began her career as a chairside assistant and is now a registered dental hygienist. She enjoys camping with her husband and dog, Riley, and spending time with family and friends.

*Michaela Holmes* is a registered dental hygienist who began her dental career as a dental assistant at Johnson Creek Dental. She enjoys traveling with her friends and competing her horses in her free time.
