Sparkling Charms recently opened its doors in Riverside. I had a appointment on 6/1/24 and was pleased to find that this dental practice is a really superb addition to the neighborhood. Dr Robinson and Dr Spates are great-patient-focused, talented, smart, personable, totally current on best practices in dental care, and with hearts for dentistry. Too many dental practices in Baltimore run first as businesses rather than as healthcare facilities that put patient needs first (like advising crowns rather than filings when a filing would work and cost less for the patient). Sparkling Charms is focused first and foremost on patient needs.
One senses this in every detail in how they manage their dental practice. The staff are all super friendly and professional. Dental equipment is current state of the art and everything is new. All in all, my expectations were exceeded with this appointment and I recommend Sparkling Charms, Dr Robinson and Dr. Spates unconditionally.

The reviews are real, it is by far the best dental experience you or your child will ever have. Dr. Robinson and Jaree were both phenomenal from start to finish. They made me feel welcomed, comforted me during my uncomfortable moments, and generously educated me on my current status and future plan to enhance my dental care. The aesthetic is beyond beautiful, lots of color and bright features that will lift any spirit.
My favorite feature would be the tv's on the ceiling with your personal choice of entertainment during your treatment. Oh and the barn doors are a designers dream. All around 10/10!

We took our 15-month old to their first dentist appointment, and Dr. Spates was great. She gave us some tips on brushing and toothpaste options, and we were out of the office in less than 45 minutes. The office is beautifully designed and clean, and the themed rooms are so visually appealing. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

We had an excellent experience at Sparkling Charms Dental Studio. From our arrival until we left everybody was very friendly and professional. Dr. Irene Spates was amazing. She explained every single detail of the procedures my daughter will have and made her feel comfortable at all times. I definitely recommend this place.

We had a great first time experience at the Sparkling Charms Dental Studio! The office is clean and the decor is really cool! We didn't wait long at all, but the dental assistant turned on a show of our toddler's choice while the room was prepped. Everyone was extremely pleasant and Dr. Spates was great with our toddler! I am so happy to have found a dental home.

Today we had our first visit here. They entire process from start to finish was top notch. Everyone from the front desk, the assistant and the dentist herself were wonderful. My anxious 12 has never not shed a tear during a dental visit and today she left not only smiling but asked as soon as we left if she continue to come here. Great job! We will be back!

Dr. Robinson and Staff, First and foremost, I am new to the area so I had no expectations. I looked up the closest dentist to my addresss and stumbled upon Sparkling Charms. I did some research and commited to make a visit. The process was super easy. I made my appointment with the staff to see Dr. Robinson and first imperssion is the cleansiness of the environment.
They are very clean and organized. I had my teeth examined by Dr. Robinson and she handled me with the utmost care. She is extremely gentle, informative and educated me about the health of my teeth. There are some minor concerns but she created an action plan specially for me. I have been making my follow up visits to ensure the best health for my teeth and the future is very promising. Words are not enough to express my gratitude and satisfaction.
I feel like a new person and this is just the beginning. Dr. Robinson is truly the best dentist I have ever had and I have had quite a few to say the least. Thank you so much Dr. Robinson and team you guys are amazing!

You should definitely check them out! Nice office with brand new stuff, attentive staff from scheduling to checking in at the front desk and the doctors are awesome. We saw Dr. Spates for my daughter and Dr. Robinson for myself. My daughter was taken good care of and totally impressed with the tv's on the ceiling. That's an excellent touch while you get your cleaning. They get bonus points because the bathroom is equipped with a nice changing table that had supplies you need.
