After years of being without dental care, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Max and having him personally take a look at my teeth and answer some questions I had regarding some issues and pain I've been having due to a pesky wisdom tooth. Even though I haven't been to the dentist since pre-pandemic days, I wasn't shamed for it and was comfortable discussing my lack of professional dental care with Dr. Max. The office is bright, clean, peaceful and welcoming. Upon booking my appointment with their receptionist Kassandra, I immediately felt like I was in good hands with Dr. Max and the rest of the team. I will be back soon to refill an old cavity and for my son's very first dental assessment! I've heard Dr. Max is fantastic with children, so we are very excited to have him care for our little ones teeth along with the rest of the family!

Had a wonderful experience, starting with Casandra, followed by Dr Max and Lindsey. I was thoroughly impressed by the technology from the pencil held camera that Dr Max used to do the initial exam to the thorough explanations of the pics as seen on the monitor, to the ultra modern Xray machine used to take the initial xray of the full mouth.

Was looking to switch dentists after covid. So glad this dental office opened up in the area. The team there is very personable. They are very thorough and they take photos of your teeth each visit so you can see what they are talking about when looking inside your mouth. Would highly recommend.

This clinic is really nice and so are the staff. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and they never made me feel embarrassed about it, they didn’t use scare tactics and they were so kind and gentle. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dental office.

Thorncrest Dental is by far the best dental clinic I’ve ever been to. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and informed. It’s clear that they care about their patients and I’m glad I switched to this office.

The office is lovely and extremely clean, but most important, Dr. Max is excellent. He is patient, gentle and explains everything to you. I have had a lot of dental work over the years in different parts of the country where we have lived and Dr. Max is the best dentist I have ever had. My whole family are now his patients as well.

One of the best healthcare experiences i had for a while in Etobicoke. The dentist is very professional. Registration is very easy and staff are very helpful explaining insurance details and pricing. The office is very modern and clean. Highly recommend.
