Distinctive Smiles

As I was at a work conference, I severely cracked a front tooth. I was freaking out and started calling around to places. After some failed attempts, I called Distintive Smiles and was greeted by Debora. She assured me she'd help and absolutely delivered on that promise. She was able to move some things around and have me come in right away. The entire office staff was a true pleasure. They took xrays and pictures immediately and then Dr. Judy came to see me. We went over a plan which she explained thoroughly and I immediately agreed to it. The work was done painlessly and promptly. I couldn't ask for a better outcome and I left looking better than before I even broke my tooth. Big thank you to the entire staff. I wish I had an office in my hometown as good as theres. If you have any hesitation, dont. You couldn't even dream of a better place to go.

I went in for a cleaning and exam. I knew going into the appointment I would need some work done. They were able to take care of the fillings I needed without having to come back and schedule another appointment. The whole office staff and doctor were all very friendly and accommodating.

I recently had an excellent experience at Distinctive Smiles. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Karla the office manager was especially helpful, making the check-in process smooth and answering all my questions with a smile. Dr. Chau took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I got a chance to know the incredible dental staff. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dental experience!

The staff is friendly and show genuine interest in you, the Dr. is very nice, thorough, the facility is clean, I definitely recommend this dental office.

My experience with Distinctive Smiles has been great. I saw them for an emergency due to a couple of my bottom teeth breaking off. Their office manager, Karla was very nice and extremely helpful. They were able to help me with a very affordable rate for my bridge work. I highly recommend their office. All of the staff members were very nice and caring.

I’m so grateful I found Distinctive Smiles. My first visit was for a dental emergency. I was petrified of going to the dentist but Cynthia and Dr Chau really helped me to get over that fear. Cynthia put me right at ease with her understanding and compassion. She explained every step of the process. I cannot thank her enough. Dr Chau is a fantastic dentist. She takes her time to explain procedures, the treatment plan, and what the goals are. Everyone at Distinctive Smiles is very friendly. You really feel like family from the moment you walk in the door.

I love coming to Distinctive Smiles! It’s always pleasant when I come in. Today Yvonne greeted me and checked me in. Yvonne was busy on the phone but she made sure to acknowledge me and get me started with my paperwork. That really set the tone for my visit! After Sandra brought me to the back and did my X-rays as well as my cleaning. Sandra is always so nice and knowledgeable when I come for my visit. Sandra always has answers to my dental questions! I will continue to come to Distinctive Smiles and hoping to continue seeing Yvonne and Sandra (:

I've been going to Doctor Lee for years and have been pleased with everything that I've needed done.

Fortunately I haven't needed much work over the years, but I've consistently had my routine checkups and cleanings, and Sandra has been my hygienist for virtually the entire time. I recently had my cleaning done and as always she did a wonderful job and keeps me laughing the entire time!
