Dr. Mary Ann Garcia is originally from Taunton, MA, and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Stonehill College and is a 1989 graduate of Georgetown University School of Dentistry. She is happy to be celebrating over 30 years as the owner of East Coast Dental Design. Dr. Garcia is a member of the American Dental Society (ADA), the Massachusetts Dental Society (MDS), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the American Academy of Family and Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD). She is bilingual in English and Portuguese.

Dr. Garcia and her team are wonderful. I have had a fear of going to the dentist my entire life. They totally understand and work with my anxiety and are helping ease my silly fears. Amy S. is such a knowledgeable hygienist that takes the time to fully explain products, tooth health/hygiene, and preventative tooth health. I'm so happy that I switched to this practice. Dr. Barbosa is amazing. She truly goes above and beyond to do everything in her power to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. I'm an anxious person and my teeth were a big project. She got me through every step and I wouldn't want anyone else working on my teeth. I'm so grateful that I found her ❤️

It was my first visit with my son who had a dental emergency. After I called the office they saw my son that day and treated his problem. The atmosphere in the office is wonderful. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I’m so glad we went to them and they will now definitely be our family dentist. I highly recommend this practice!

My almost 4 year old daughter is on the spectrum and is extremely afraid of doctors and this was her first time at the dentist and she had such a great first time experience. The hygienist was so patient and calm with her and made sure she was comfortable and happy which was not easy. She went above and beyond for her and my daughter left there happy and with a positive experience which will hopefully help her in the future. Thank you!!
