Chad Ollom D. D. S.
Dr. Chad Ollom grew up in Ohio and attended The Ohio State University where he earned his undergraduate as well as his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. While in dental school, Dr. Chad gained interest in surgical procedures and implants, leading him to attend the Midwest Implant Institute during his final year. He continued his development in this area, eventually going on to complete their fellowship program.
Dr. Chad constantly strives to bring more value to his patients by seeking out and studying with numerous world-renowned mentors. He dedicates much of his focus toward dental surgery and comprehensive care, including specific procedures such as: extractions, implants, bone grafting, tissue grafting, sinus augmentation and advanced comprehensive restorative dentistry.

Prior to opening Pure Smiles, Dr. Stephanie wanted to serve her country. In 2012, she was commissioned as a lieutenant in the United States Navy. While in the Navy, Dr. Stephanie completed the Great Lakes Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Residency, served overseas operating a remote dental clinic, and had the distinct honor of providing dental services to fellow service members and their families.
Prior to opening Pure Smiles, Dr. Stephanie wanted to serve her country. In 2012, she was commissioned as a lieutenant in the United States Navy. I really can not say enough how comfortable the staff and environment made this anxious patient when I arrived last month. Fast forward to today's deep clean (1 of 2), and I am incredibly grateful to have been referred to Pure Smiles. The staff once again modeled the kind of bedside manner any professional should have, the nitrous and numbing was generous, and my teeth haven't looked this good in years. Instead of being afraid of the dentist, I look forward to continuing to regain my oral health with the help of this office.

I went in for a cleaning and an exam Wednesday the 28th, i cant remember the doctors name who did the cleaning/exam for me (if you see this, thank you very much). But i went in for tooth pain, they told me those teeth were infected and needed to be pulled out, these amazing people were able to get me in the very next day to get those teeth dealt with. I am more than grateful for everything they have done for me! I want to give a special thanks to the lady up front named Carmel for her amazing service, she was able to adjust pricing and keep me updated following up to the procedure and even checking up after the procedure, and again i wanna thank the dentist who did my cleaning and the male dentist who came in for my exam (dr.chad i think). I have nothing but great things to say about this place and i HIGHLY recommend going to pure smiles if you have any issues. I will definitely be going back here for my next cleaning!

Everyone was so nice and reassuring. I have some anxiety around dental exams and they turned on the tv to help me stay distracted. The went over my options with me and made sure I understood what was going on at all times. The office is clean and modern and as inviting as a dental office could be. I would highly recommend using them to my family and friends and anyone looking for a kind and caring dental office.
