On Monday afternoon, April 27, 2026, I had an appointment with Dr. Karson Casteel, DDS, and with Laurie, who is a registered dental hygienist. I have been coming to this dental office for quite some time. If I could do so, I would give both of these individuals ten stars, a numerical score of 100 out of a possible 100, and a letter grade of A+. Dr. Casteel is the best dentist that I ever had. Laurie is best dental hygienist that I ever had. They both are caring, thoughtful, compassionate, kind, and warm. They both have an excellent bedside manner. I HIGHLY recommend this dental office. I was extremely comfortable throughout my appointment. This dental office is my permanent dental office. I VERY DEFINITELY will continue to return.

I fully recommend Baldwin Distinctive Dental! I have been going there for about 8 years plus now. The staff here is wonderful and always makes me feel like family, they always make me laugh, tell jokes and make me feel very welcome. On top of that, theyre very good at their profession and also never try to oversell their services or price gouge like most dental places.

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Baldwin and his staff. Ive always had really bad anxiety about going to the dentist, but they are so kind, patient, and understanding that it makes the whole experience so much easier. I always feel taken care of and never rushed. My kids also go here and they absolutely love Dr. Baldwin and the entire team too. It feels like a place that truly cares about their patients, and I couldnt recommend them more!

I love it here! Ive never had a good experience with my past dental offices and my cousin had told me about this place, I came in and I will never go anywhere else! From the doctors to the staff they make you feel welcomed and they make sure youre comfortable. I also bring my kids here and they like it.

I have had the best experiences at Baldwin Distinctive Dentistry.
Today I went in for a cleaning and was very impressed at the level of professionalism, care, and comfort the dental hygienist, Laurie took to make sure I received a positive experience.
I was able to watch ESPN while the procedure was taking place.
Laurie made sure to explain all of the dental procedures she was performing, and continue to ask if I was comfortable.
I am also impressed with the level of technology in Baldwin Distinctive Dentistry!

Great staff! They are professional, friendly, and understands and consider patients pain! I was only in town for a couple days and my sister recommended Dr. Baldwin. I was in pain from a toothache - fractured tooth. I appreciate their sense of urgency. I was prescribed antibiotics and meds to relieve the pain. Then I was recommended a surgeon and made an appointment for the following day. Tooth had been removed and Im in recovery. Thank you Dr. Baldwin.
