We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and CareCredit financing. Full payment is requested after each appointment, with flexible financing options available for larger treatments.
Which insurance plans do you work with?
We accept all PPO plans allowing dentist choice, including Delta Dental, Regence, Premera, and Aetna. We're preferred providers for several major insurers but don't accept HMO/DMO plans.
What dental procedures do you offer?
We provide complete general and cosmetic dentistry: cleanings, fillings, whitening, implants, crowns, orthodontics, extractions, and emergency care. Complex cases get referred to trusted specialists.
What happens if I need emergency dental care?
Contact us for after-hours emergencies - Dr. Aulakh provides on-call service with a $150/hour fee. We prioritize urgent cases and offer prompt daytime emergency appointments when available.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 48-hour notice for cancellations. Missed appointments without proper notice incur a $50/hour fee to accommodate our high demand for treatment slots.
