Meet Our Team

Our team of professionals at Lexington Dental Center are highly skilled and dedicated to providing the best possible care for our patients. Each member of our staff maintains the highest levels of accreditation and continually pursues ongoing education to stay updated on the latest trends in the medical field.

• Dr. Gregory M. Morgan, DDS: Dr. Morgan graduated from Lee's Summit High School in 1981 and Missouri Valley College in Marshall in 1985. He attended UMKC School of Dentistry, graduating in 1989. After graduating dental school, Dr. Morgan spent 5 years on active duty in the US Army Dental Corp, stationed primarily in the Netherlands. He then came to Lexington in 1994. Dr. Morgan has one son, Andy, and enjoys auto racing, vintage cars, and playing the guitar.
• Dr. Lea Mrosak Rich, DDS: Dr. Rich was raised in Richmond and graduated from Richmond High School in 2007. She completed her undergraduate degrees in Chemistry and Communication Studies at the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2012. She then went on to complete her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at UMKC in 2016. Dr. Rich and her husband, Jim, spend most of their time with their daughters, Reagan and Lawson, as well as their dogs at their home in Richmond.

Office Hours and Location

Our office is located at 1511 Main St, Lexington, MO 64067. We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, and closed on Saturdays and Sundays. We look forward to meeting you and providing you with the best possible dental care.
