Experienced Team of Dentists
Our team of experienced dentists includes Dr. Ross A. Bennett, Dr. Ashley Mills, Dr. Blake Essner, and Dr. Audrey Frenz. Each of our dentists is dedicated to providing the highest level of care and attention to our patients. Dr. Ross Bennett is one of two dentists in Missouri to win the Golden Apple Award from the American Dental Association and was named "Top New Dental Leader" by the Missouri Dental Association. Dr. Bennett is also the first general dentist in Southeast Missouri to achieve Platinum status with Invisalign.

Problems with Insurance and Communication
Multiple reviewers have expressed frustration with the office's handling of insurance and communication. Author Teresa Sue was not informed that the office no longer accepts her insurance plan until she arrived for her appointment, leaving her to unexpectedly pay out-of-pocket. Author Bob Layman had a scheduled appointment, only to be told that the office is no longer in-network with his provider, leading to uncertainty about the cost of the procedure. Author Kelsea Job received a bill in the mail informing her that the office's insurance status had changed, despite not being notified of the change during her visit.
Quality of Care and Staff
While some reviewers have had positive experiences, others have been disappointed with the care and staff. Author The Roving Arrow praised the friendly and patient staff, who addressed their concerns and explained their situation. Author Kenneth Crook had a positive experience, praising Dr. Blake for repairing his denture quickly. However, Author Lindsy Wikle had a negative experience with Dr. Audrey, who seemed to lack patience with her daughter's anxiety and left the examination room, leaving the daughter feeling frightened and upset.
