Insurance and Payment Options

We accept most PPO plans, including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna, Delta Dental, and Humana, among others. We also offer extended payment plans through Care Credit, making high-quality dental care more accessible to everyone. If you don't have dental insurance, our regular fees are very reasonable, and we offer discounts for self-pay patients.

Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Charles Chen, a 1997 graduate of Northwestern University, received his DDS degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry in 2001. He has been serving the Evanston community since 2003 and is committed to providing exceptional care. Dr. Chen is an active member of the Chicago Dental Society, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Xheni Basko, a board-certified dentist, specializes in medical and cosmetic dentistry. She believes in a partnership between patients and dentists and strives to ensure that each patient's voice is heard and each patient's expectations are exceeded. Dr. Basko is committed to providing outstanding, innovative dental care for her patients.

Office Information

We are located in downtown Evanston, just west of the train tracks from the Metra & CTA Davis stations. Our office is on the ground floor with a storefront facing Maple Avenue. We have parking available and are easily accessible by public transportation. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and closed on Sundays.
