At Black & Black Dental LLC, we are dedicated to providing state-of-the-art family and cosmetic dentistry to Willow Street and Lancaster County, PA since 1961. Our practice was founded in 1961 by Dr. John C. Black, Jr. (Dr. Black, now retired) and joined by his son Dr. John C. Black, III (Dr. John) in 1989. We've been serving area families for over 60 years, first in our home/office on Willow Street Pike North and now in our current location on Willow Street Pike South.

Because our roots are here in Willow Street, Lancaster County, we remain dedicated to providing small town, family-oriented service while providing state-of-the-art dental technology and techniques to keep our patients smiling.

Meet Our Team

Our experienced and friendly team are dedicated to making your visit to Black & Black Dental a pleasant one. Our team includes Dr. John C. Black, III, who has been practicing dentistry since 1989, and Dr. John C. Black, Jr., who retired from dentistry in December, 2005.

Dr. John C. Black, III ("Dr. John") grew up observing dentistry at a very young age. His father, Dr. John C. Black, Jr. (or Dr. Black), began providing comprehensive dental care to the folks in Willow Street, Pennsylvania and the surrounding area in Lancaster County in 1961. Dr. Black retired from dentistry in December, 2005.

Dr. John attended Lampeter-Strasburg High School and enjoyed playing football for the Pioneers. After high school, Dr. John attended Grove City College where he earned his BS degree in Biology. Dr. John earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Georgetown University and joined the team at Black & Black Dental in 1989.
