Exceptional Experience
The reviews for Dr. Lukenda's office are overwhelmingly positive, with many patients praising the exceptional service they received. From the warm welcome by the reception personnel to the thorough and gentle care provided by the hygienists and Dr. Lukenda himself, every aspect of their experience was outstanding. Patients appreciated the personalized attention, friendly staff, and professionalism displayed throughout their visits.
Complaints

One patient, Megha Kaza, had a negative encounter with the office staff, who refused to provide an estimate for a deep cleaning procedure without consulting the patient's insurance company. Tom Vanderzee also had a negative experience with the office staff, who were unprofessional and belittling when he tried to resolve a scheduling issue.
