Emergency Oral Surgery Experience
Dr. Walton and his team are renowned for their exceptional services, particularly when it comes to emergency situations. One patient, Lord B., had a harrowing experience after cracking his front tooth on a Friday night. Despite the severity of the situation, he was able to get an appointment with Dr. Walton on Saturday morning and was back to normal by Saturday afternoon.
The patient was extremely pleased with the outcome, stating that the damage was nearly undetectable. He praised the top-notch business and modern facility, as well as the friendly office staff. However, he did mention that patients are required to pay the full amount upfront, with the insurance company taking some time to process the claim.
Inconvenience and Billing
While the quality of care seems to be exceptional, some patients may find the upfront payment policy to be a minor inconvenience. The patient did not mention any issues with the procedure itself, but rather the wait for insurance reimbursement.
