Issues with Front Desk Staff
The worst part of this dentist's experience seems to be the front desk staff, as two reviewers, Scott Lovato and Kaitlyn Simpson, both gave a 1-star rating and described their interactions as unfriendly and unhelpful. Scott Lovato went as far as to say that he doesn't understand how the dental office stays in business.

Kaitlyn Simpson had a particularly bad experience, as her fillings kept falling out, which forced her to seek treatment from another dentist.
